How do I renew my subscription?

Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the initial term.

Thirty days before your renewal date, we will email you a renewal reminder.

To check on the automatic renewal date of your membership, please go to the Accounts page.  The renewal date is shown in the Account Summary tab.

If you need to update your payment details, you can do so from this page also, by clicking the 'Update Credit Card' tab.

Enter your new credit card details and add/update the name/address fields as require. Click Edit Payment to save.

Your next payment will be processed using the updated credit/ debit card on file.
